Im very grateful my first mentor Betty Woodman for more than 50 years and friend more than 30 years Toshiko Takaezu. Thanks to editors, professors, curators, galleries, authors, clay mixers, creative men and women artists and friends young and old over decades who have been part of the advances worldwide thus far. The late David Kingery (Univ. of Arizona) who contributed the micrographs and formal analysis of paperclay extended access to scientists in 1992.
