The issues around overheated earth just can't be solved 100% until we get to a higher level, look with fresh eyes, and strive to access and expand our understanding and awareness. Scroll down for a short list.
WHEREAS: Some plastics are GOOD but the current state of dependency on so many novel varieties is a CONCERN. Most if not all the convenient disposable "plastics-resins" have limits on how many times they can be recycled circular economy. The greenwashing fools only a few.
WHEREAS: Debris mostly petrochemical has escaped from landfill disposal groundwater-agriculture and found their way to the ocean and into our brains now we have an urgent issue to address which no one planned. We will soon have the precise right tools to address this if our groups of "Crew" teams stay in touch.
WHEREAS: Astonishing quantities of "carbon" have escaped as particulate matter into the world air-water circulation.
WHEREAS: Waste Recycling industries have challenges of separation of synthetic fiber with natural fiber (cellulose pulp paper fiber)- cardboard boxes, glues, mylar tape. Even bags of mulch for gardens have bits of plastic many are dismayed to see! We can't see with masked eye the rest of it. Reclaim pulp products building materials are contaminated and further sprayed with fire retardants chemicals.
WHEREAS: astonishing piles of money-time-love and sweat have been invested for decades that at best solved only parts of the problem. More will be added to this.
We can use all we learned about what doesn't work... and apply it to what we know does.
Art creative imagination flows daily from within and is accessible.
As for the sector of the Materials Sciences to do with ceramics and glass innovation and Sustainable Manufacturing Teams.
Consider the impact at scale if.... new products
✳️
Satisfy the form and function requirements for the application needed.
✳️
Require lowest possible firing temperature. Every 100 degrees C matters. Speed the rate of firing and require only one fire.
✳️
Burns CLEAN flame during fire that is oxidation instead of pyrolysis.
✳️
Harmless in landfill?
✳️
Avoid costly raw materials rare earths, like lithium etc?
✳️
Ties in-identifies partner sources who have industrial waste streams of which you know the classes of ingredients and can manage them? Such as scrap clay, scrap glaze, scrap pulp etc.
✳️
Is your new design water based? Does it really need isostatic press or dry powder? Dust problems ended.
✳️
How simple can the new design be? Does it function as well as the plastic product it would replace at a reasonably cost?
✳️
Consider check out in what way a paperclay system is feasible for certain applications and how it offer your customers an eco-efficient upgrade on products they already use! Your "brand" will appeal to investors and to end use customers begging for products to buy that are eco-efficient.
Rosette's Mission Statement (1983)
I strive to contribute to the advance of individual and world communication, health and well being via the arts, humanities, nature, and applied materials sciences.
I hope to enhance the quality of life in both aesthetic and practical ways. The arts help relieve our deepest sorrows, bridge vast language, space, and time differences, supply answers to science, give new perspective, and reconnect us to what is good and beautiful on this earth.
